Apartment 20's All Nighter: Ghost Stories

Ghost Stories is Apartment 20's second 24 hour new play festival. This lab is a place to create something brand new guided by the three mainstays of Apartment 20’s mission:
-Personal narrative
-Musicality
-Unapologetically honest storytelling
On Friday night, we'll gather as a group with Artistic Director Randi Alexis Hickey & Resident Member Damien Figueras for the launch of our 24 hour process. Artists then break into teams, each with their own room to create a brand new piece together (actor, writer, director) in 24 hours. Throughout the night, the groups receive new elements to incorporate into their pieces, gather together to share insights, and eventually premiere fully rehearsed and memorized pieces to the public on Saturday night.
